I took my car for an oil change with the expectations of a simple oil change. Honest went above and beyond to let me know that there was more going on then meets the eye. Honest found a really bad oil leak. This leak turned out to be more then one gasket that need to be replaced. When Honest technician found that it would take a longer time for the seals to dry. Jullian oftered me the company car to drive so i could finish my day. I appreciate the hard work and great communication from Juillan and the technician. The work that was done make me feel more safer to drive my car. Thanks again for a great job done. I would recommend my family and friends to bring their cars to Honest.
Overall very pleased with this service! Scheduling online was very easy and the communication from the office via text was very informative. The whole service (brakes and oil change) was done in one day. Would recommend because of the great service and clean space. One kind of strange thing— I had a small hedgehog figurine on my dash (an inside joke with a friend) that was missing after I picked my car up. Not a big deal.
