The only good thing about my experience was the friendliness of Dan. As for the service I dropped off my vehicle because it stopped running. They had my vehicle for 30 days, no loaner to use, a technician quit and another was out of work due to personal reasons. So I had them stop working on my vehicle and took to the dealership. I spent over 400.00 only for my car to not only still not run but to find out what I was charged for wasn't even the issue. I completely wasted that money. Very disappointing experience.

Was on a road trip from Florida to Charlotte, N. C. when my AC compressor failed. I use Honest One in Ormond Beach, Florida for major engine systems repairs and have been pleasantly surprised at their customer service and skilled repairs. I found another Honest One in Charlotte and was hoping for the same quality of service and customer care. Again I was pleasantly surprised and give my full recommendation to Honest One in Charlotte as well.

They were ok, customer service was great but they charged me almost $100 for an oil change and gave me a list of other repairs needed. It's local so very convenient for me at the moment though so I will probably use them from time to time .

Very good service look forward ⏩ to going back there.
