I've driven by this place many times but never paid much attention. However, when my other two inspection go-to places failed to be able to provide service, I stopped in here because it's almost the end of the month. I didn't have an appointment but they fit me in and I was still in and out in a decent amount of time. Next time I'll know that having an appointment will move things along faster. I also have to say that it's one of the cleanest waiting areas I've been to in years. Free coffee on their Keurig or bottled water, wifi, USB plugins, TV, comfortable seating make waiting an okay experience. And honestly one of the best things is that they actually had staff to take care of business, which seems to be a rarity these days. Dedicated front desk people who are there to facilitate check in and out or give an update if you need one. I asked and he already knew how long it would be. It's nice to know there are businesses that have competent staff who understand the job of customer service.
