I don't usually write negative reviews, but this was by far the most dishonest experience I've had in over 30 years. I needed a fuel door fixed on my vehicle, and the warranty company offered this location. The service manager also told me a complimentary multipoint inspection of the whole vehicle would be done with photos provided and that it would be done that day. I dropped the car off, and they contacted the warranty company, got the repair covered, then told me it it would be $371 "for shop supplies" even though it was covered (!). They also attempted to charge me for evaluation as well, and then stated they completed the multipoint inspection but when I pressed it turns out they hadn't, and had no photos to offer. I picked up the car and went to another warranty approved location, who fixed it for free (ie. for the deductible) and not with some bogus shop supplies charge. However, this had a delay because even though honest didn't fix my fuel door they still filed the claim with the warranty company as if they did. So we had to back out of that first and notify the company that the claim that honest repaired my fuel door was fraudulent. In the end my fuel door was fixed elsewhere, for the price of my deductible. My issue with Honest is that, well, they just were DIShonest, and also didn't do what the service manager promised, or even what they said that they had done with the inspection. I strongly advise against using them. They just lied, plain and simple.
