Was on a road trip from Florida to Charlotte, N. C. when my AC compressor failed. I use Honest One in Ormond Beach, Florida for major engine systems repairs and have been pleasantly surprised at their customer service and skilled repairs. I found another Honest One in Charlotte and was hoping for the same quality of service and customer care. Again I was pleasantly surprised and give my full recommendation to Honest One in Charlotte as well.

They were ok, customer service was great but they charged me almost $100 for an oil change and gave me a list of other repairs needed. It's local so very convenient for me at the moment though so I will probably use them from time to time .

Very good service look forward ⏩ to going back there.

Excellent service

They really live up to their name! We’re able to fix my fiancée’s AC without quoting or replacing anything unnecessary. They even found and returned my AirPods that fell out of my pocket in the parking lot.
