My appointment was at 3:00 for vehicle inspection. At 4:25 I asked the man at the desk when my car was going to be ready. He looked around and saw that the paperwork had been put on another chair which showed that the inspection was over. No one bothered to notify me so I sat there I don’t know how much longer than I needed to be.

I had an issue with my car stalling out getting onto the entrance ramps of highways (which is terrifying in Charlotte). I took my car there and the next day, they said that it was a sensor, it's been replaced and it's good to go. 1 week later, it happened again. I took it back for them to fix what I told them too in the first place. They had it two days, said there was an additional sensor that needed to be replaced. Over $700 later, I had the issue AGAIN. Took it to a friend of mine with his own car repair business. He sent me a picture of the sensor that was supposedly replaced. It was an original FORD part and definitely more than a few months old. So basically, I spent $700 for them to tell me they replaced a sensor when they didn't. 'Honest'...they're either anything but that, or they're stupid. Either way, I'd steer clear.

Service to me and my car was impressive.

I am a very happy customer. Julian and the rest of the guys are so warm and attentive. This is just my second time having my truck serviced here and I'm sold. The guys here are very informed about the vehicles they are servicing, when asked questions they are professional and confident, they make me feel confident that they are familiar with my vehicle and know what is needed. Goodbye Cadillac dealership, someone else know your products better than you. SJ

After keeping my car from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., they told me they did not work on Chevrolet Volts. They did however, try to collect the $186 estimate fee. That did not happen

Honest auto care did a good job changing my oil checking my car making sure it was running smoothly. They didn’t charge me for anything on necessary and I am happy with the work they did.
