Every single time I went for just a simple oil change, there was something “majorly wrong” with my vehicle that needed to be fixed. Being a younger female who, truthfully, doesn’t know much about cars, I was always worried they might take advantage and boy did they! It always cost at least $200. They would never explain it clearly, and just tell me that it’s a good thing I got it fixed when I did because it was too dangerous to drive my car. The last time I took it there, I thought there might have been something wrong with a belt (and had multiple other Toyota owners tell me the same thing). Nope, they told me my transmission had gone bad and I needed a new one right away, that it was urgent… that was almost 2 years ago and I still have the same transmission. It was just a belt and I had it fixed elsewhere. They made me pay $150 for the “evaluation” even though I declined the new transmission. I wouldn’t suggest this place to ANYONE. You’d be better off doing car repairs yourself. Honest-1 is the least fitting name…

Very clean and neat place, professional and friendly staff. I got inspection without an appointment very fast, got all the information I needed, even with power outage they still were able to provide a service and proceed with card payment. And my kids really appreciated the compliment of Oreo inside the car after that )) it was a great experience, definitely will come back to check other auto services.

Good customer service. Nice, clean location with a pleasant waiting area with complimentary coffee/water. The oil change took about 40 mins. I like that they didn’t overcharge and lock me into a higher price because of other “complimentary” services like other places that automatically include other services that are definitely reflected in the price without the option to decline those services. I paid for what I got: a simple oil change.
