I had an appointment time of 9am and showed up slightly before that. When I made the appt I was told it would be about 45 minutes so I decided to wait. They did not take my car into the shop until 945 and I did not leave until about 11. While I was there, there were a lot of people at the front desk standing around talking about basketball or what other auto shops do. Although I believe they were all office workers and not mechanics and therefore probably couldn't have done anything to work on my car, it's hard to not be fraustrated seeing them all just hanging around when my 45 minute appointment took almost 2 hours. The work itself was fine, but if I had known it was going to be 2 hours instead of 45 minutes I probably wouldn't have waited around.
