I would recommend this place to anyone I know- their honesty and no bs approach was very refreshing. After being given the run around at the dealer, I came here based on a friend’s recommendation to have my breaks done, and not only did they take care of everything for a fraction of the cost, their attention to detail and customer service was just top notch. 10/10 highly recommend!

I am very impressed by Honest-1 and will be returning for future needs. I dropped my car off at Honest-1 at 8:30am for a full service and it was ready by 1pm the same day. In my prior experience with Charlotte auto shops this has not been the case (I’ve had shops keep my vehicle longer than this to change a tire)! I was highly impressed by the punctuality as well as the communication as my car was being serviced. Not only did they service my vehicle in a timely manner, they called me multiple times with updates as to what they were doing. I would highly recommend this business to others looking for a dependable mechanic shop in the Charlotte area.

Booked an appointment online and indicated services needed: oil change and tire rotation. Also mentioned this when I arrived. Only the oil change had been performed when car was “ready”. Also I have a $90 credit/rewards credit that was not applied to the service. I use this facility often so I’m surprised at the lack in level of attention to detail. Now I have to take more time out of the day to get a rotation at some point.

Charge too much no charge more than the dealership and I didn't even need a steering column like y'all was saying
