I’ve been going to Honest for years and they generally do decent work. On this occasion, I needed an inspection and decided I’d get an oil change as well. After about an hour, one of the techs came to ask if I wanted to replace the cabin filter and told me my total would be $150. It was only when my car was done that he told me they couldn’t do my inspection because of a computer issue, and suggested I go next door to Valvoline for the inspection. It was disappointing because I had that time planned specifically for an inspection. I need the inspection to renew my registration and I still haven’t had time to get one a week later. I may or may not go back to Honest but that visit felt a little disHonest.
