Now that I have found Honest - 1, I doubt I will go anywhere else unless they send me. I find them friendly and professional! The facility is clean and odorless. I can also get my car in service on a day I need and a time I can make. Thank you Honest - 1 Family!

I called and made an appointment for an oil change. When I arrived, they were ready for me and I didn't have to wait for them to begin. They did what they said they would. The customer service was great.

As a single female I am always leery when my auto requires service - it seems that I have a sign on my forehead that reads "I am a dumb female who knows nothing about her auto". At Honest 1 I was greeted & treated like an intelligent consumer from the time I walked in until the time I walked out. Not having an appointment, I thought they would schedule me for another day. However they solved my auto issue that same day, kept updating me on the progress, informed me of the cost before they started the work and the mechanic/technician himself came to me and explained the problem with the auto. Honest 1 is so clean & homey that it felt like I was sitting in my living room. I HIGHLY recommend Honest 1!

Requested an oil change and new battery (figuring after 3 years I might be pushing my luck on cold weather starts). But they said, "Let's check the battery first" and, when they did, it was fine so they'd talked themselves out of a battery job. Which is what good mechanics will do -- fix only what you really need. Meaning -- when I DO need a battery, I'll be back! (In fact, I'll be back next week for an oil change and a battery for our other car -- which I know really needs it.)

The staff was welcoming, efficient and had me finished fast. Great job!!

Looked over my car and took the time to ask me to bring the car back when the engine light come back on and will check for leaks.

My wife's car had the brake light come on when she started the bar but the brakes seemed to work fine. Rather than take a chance I decided to have it checked out to make sure they were OK. They checked them out and found nothing wrong. They could have easily taken advantage of me, but did not. I found the staff to be consciences, professional and most of all trustworthy. which is rare today. Their business was spotless clean and I enjoyed their coffee bar. I Highly recommend this service!
