After most of my dealings with auto repair shops, I would not be likely to trust one with "Honest" in its title. But during my first trip there today, they were helpful and, well, "Honest." I'll be going back in the future.
Being a single mother i am on a very tight budget i went in needing brakes, rotors and tires they found the best price possible and told me what i can do now and what could wait until a later date and that really helped me out alot and i really appreciate their honesty. I will always take my SUV to Honest 1 because i know they will take very good care of me .
As a first time customer, the service was very good and the people very friendly and customer service oriented. The store environment is also very comfortable and the cost for my service was very competitive..

Our team school bus needed a specific bus-rated tire and we were three hours from home on a Saturday morning. Very professional, helped us out with an uncommon tire on a weekend, and got us on the road back home quickly. They saved the day and went out of their way to help us out in a tough and stressful situation.

I'm so glad I went to Honest Auto Care. My tire pressure light came on and I added air to my tires like I normally do. However, the light starting blinking instead of resetting. I did some research on line to see what the problem might be before taking my car in. When Honest Auto did the diagnostic it was exactly what I'd read about so I knew I'd taken my car to the right place. Everyone there was really friendly and the lobby area is spotless and comfortable. I'll definitely go back.
