I have been driving for 60 years and have never, before today at Honest-1, encountered such incredible service. Gregg and Jon and the service technician were exceptional...always accommodating, polite, helpful and informative. The facility is beautiful and NOTHING like any I had ever seen before. The rest room, waiting area, children's area and reception area are all immaculate. Free coffee, bottled water, candy, t.v, wi-fi etc. I would never consider going any where else for service and have started telling my friends about this amazing place I discovered this morning. My Chevy Tahoe needed replacement of oil seals, stemming from an oil leak. Repairs were done in a timely manner and a reasonable price for the work. Waiting lounge area is great--air-condoned, free coffee & bottled water, tv, clean rest rooms, and a very courteous and knowledgeable staff. You can't go wrong here.

The personnel at this facility are unfailingly polite and courteous. My issue arose because I was told my wait time would be 40 - 45 minutes and I was there for over an hour and a half. Admittedly, the inspection did find a nail on my tire, that had to be plugged, and for this I would have expected an additional 15 minutes or so but, in watching the tech working on my vehicle, I noticed he was constantly on his phone.

My son referred Honest-1 to me for an oil change. So glad I took his advice, they have excellent customer service. I will definitely refer my friends & family to them.
