Overall great experience. Only complaint is dropped off car 8:30am so it could be serviced in the morning and I didnt have time to wait for an hour or so. 2:30p I had to call to find out it wasnt ready but was almost complete. 4:30p I called and was told it was just finished. Seems to be a long time for an oil change and ac charge. Other than that the staff was great!

Honest-1 cares! They hear your issue, ask questions, offer information, and discuss courses of action with you regarding your automobile. I've had excellent service from them on my two visits: one for tires, alignment, and transmission fluid replacement. The second visit was an emergency. My brakes were failing so they got me in and replaced my master brake cylinder and had me back on the road that same day. Excellent service all around. Thanks!
