Just went in for a state inspection but was impressed with speed, courtesy and professionalism. I'll be back for service.

The personnel at this facility are unfailingly polite and courteous. My issue arose because I was told my wait time would be 40 - 45 minutes and I was there for over an hour and a half. Admittedly, the inspection did find a nail on my tire, that had to be plugged, and for this I would have expected an additional 15 minutes or so but, in watching the tech working on my vehicle, I noticed he was constantly on his phone.

My son referred Honest-1 to me for an oil change. So glad I took his advice, they have excellent customer service. I will definitely refer my friends & family to them.

Came here for my car safety and emission inspection. It was done pretty quickly I must say. They have a very nice and clean office, and rest room. You can enjoy free hot coffee while they're working on your car. Friendly staff, greet you with a smile. Great service.. Keep up the good work.
