Honest-1 Auto Care was AWESOME! We are new to Charlotte and had a headlight that needed to be replaced. We're also new parents, so figuring out where to take the car for a new headlight + quick service + a comfortable place for me to wait with a new baby was key - and something I didn't expect to go so well! I called the shop, they offered to do the job in 15 mins., upon arriving to the shop I was greeted so kindly and graciously by staff who didn't seem to be bothered that I had an infant in tow, staff had no problem at all with me feeding my baby (and even had a play area for older children), and I enjoyed chatting with the other friendly guests and staff while I waited. In under 1 hour, we had a new working headlight on our car, at an affordable price, and I didn't feel like a new mom pariah apologizing for my baby's presence. Staff friendliness and hospitality was SO HUGE and really made a difference in my day. I was dreading taking the car in, as I imagined I could be waiting for a long time with a small baby and I feared feeling like a disruption. I immediately felt comfortable in the environment and they were awesome at fitting us in quickly, doing a job well-done, and smiling and engaging with us in the process.
