We visited Honest-1-Autocare on 9200 Monroe Road, Charlotte, NC. We are so impressed by this place that words can’t explain it. We are visiting from Orlando, Florida, and we have never seen an auto repair shop like this one. The cleanliness, attention to detail, and most importantly customer service are out of this world. We just came from Keffer Jeep dealership, and they just wanted to put the car up to check it and charge us $115. We came into this shop because my daughter found it online, closest to the dealership. CJ at the front office was super nice and helpful. He said they would check the car and let us know what was wrong. If we decided not to fix it, then he would shake our hand and we would be on our way. Chris Bergstrom heard the noise in the car, put it up, and found the problem. The dealership in Florida left the tire pressure sensor inside the tire, and when we first took off it would make a metal to metal rubbing sound. Chris checked everything on the car, as well as all of the tires, and tire pressure. The service that we received at Honest-1-Autocare on Monroe Road, in Charlotte, NC, was superb. I would definitely recommend everyone in the area that needs car repairs to go there!! Incredible service, amazing people working here and Honesty is definitely what you will receive.
