I called them to inquire prices for mount and balance of 4 tires. The first time I was told $80 and change. Sounds great! I said I’d call back after I order my tires and have a date they’d be delivered. I call back the following week (this past Monday 6/11/18) to schedule and was told $96 and change AFTER tax. I consider that maybe there was miscommunication, so I still schedule. I come in for my appointment this morning (6/15/18 so 4 days from second quote) and am told $117 after tax. I asked why the price keeps increasing and was told they’d never charge under $99+ tax. When I was asked who told me those prices, I point to the other man at the front desk and he turns and stutters with a deer in headlights look and denies talking to me. Needless to say, I’m having the tires put on here ONLY because I was already here with my children, had the appointment and would’ve been a hassle to wait for another appointment to go somewhere else. This was my second time here (first was simple oil change) and my last! **UPDATE 6/22/18** After having the tires mounted and balanced, my front driver tire was losing pressure crazy fast but there was no damage to the tire. I went back up and the manager quick put some air in and said “this heat will make the tire lose pressure.” I wanted to laugh since I moved here 60 days ago FROM FLORIDA and I’ve never heard that. Heat builds pressure, cold decreases it. Anyways, I called to come back the following day after coming back once and CJ personally looked at the tire, took it off and re-sealed it properly. No problems since! CJ’s patience and premier customer service was great and because of that, I would be happy to give them my business, again. I will also update my review to 4 stars! I just spoke to the customer while still at our facility for clarity around the above situation. We discussed that the price that was provided over the phone that was not correct and that we were willing to perform the job at $24.99 a tire which is lower than our normal price with supplied tires. I was up front and honest about the revised price as the customer approved the work, rather than waiting until the customer checked out and surprise them with a higher price - which would not be honest.
