My wife scheduled this appointment for me due to proximity of my office. I was impressed from the greeting. The service was timely, thorough. My vehicle had zero recommendations for future service. Great first time experience and after walking in and being greeted by the service writer I turned around and was absolutely amazed as to the comfortable atmosphere in this establishment. I set an 8:00 appointment for an oil change and I left with it being cheaper than I planned. When the service writer called me to the counter to complete my service he shared all the check points on my 2013 truck checked out great with zero recommendations. It’s good to know what might be slowly changing and in need of service in the future. We will bring all our vehicles here from this day forward. We live in Harrisburg but I drive for great service. Wow! They sure are honest!!! They were super polite, said that I needed new tires, but my particular ones would be less expensive elsewhere. Then they told me where to find what I needed. Reminds me of "Miracle on 34th Street" when an in-house store Santa sent a parent to Gimbes to find something Macy's didn't have . It just creates lots of trust and goodwill. I'll be back and thank you, Honest 1!

Good experience. They found the problem and called me with the charges before making the repair. They offer other services in a professional manner and when I declined they did not push it. They did what they said they would do and at the price quoted. Would recommend based on my experience.
