This group was so efficient and did a great detailed diagnosis of my Volvo. I have not had such a thorough diagnosis in such a long time, even from the dealership who diagnosed some issues incorrectly! I feel like some repair businesses sometimes take the easy way out and diagnose a whole unit damaged when it is actually minor parts of the unit that need to be replaced, saving the car owner money. I will surely go back to Honest One next time I need service. I have also recommended this business to relatives who live in Charlotte! Thanks again For your honest and detailed diagnosis!

Got referred from Costco for honest 1, and glad I did the service was fast and to the point, they did alignment,it took around 40 minutes and gave me detailed report and advise, they did great job I was in and out in short time. Good job will go again for all my car needs. Thanks guys.

My experience is always a good one... but this last time I went, I scheduled to go in for an inspection and I got out within thirty minutes which was awesome! But as I went throughout my day running errands, I noticed my windshield wipers light kept flashing, it was really a struggle for me to get off work to finally get that inspection done, and I said all that to say... I pray after getting that inspection done , I hope nothing was missed during the process, if my warning lights are flashing 😳🤷🏽‍♀️
