Pleasant space, received the service I asked for on time, was charged reasonably and as estimated. My third or fourth time there over the past 3-4 years for service and I’ve never had any problem and will go back as needed.

I was extremely pleased with the courtesy, and speed of the service I received! Even though my problem was relatively minor, I was having a lot of stress that day and was hoping not to have to wait for a lengthy amount of time. My tire issue was quickly taken care of and I honestly think I was in and out in 20 minutes!! George (employee I dealt with) was very friendly and as I left sincerely wished me a “blessed day”. As a believer, that meant a lot to me! On another note, the customer waiting area was so inviting! Clean, not smokey, and nicely decorated along with a coffee/water refreshment bar!

I got there a little bit before I had to work and I was in and out for a state inspection in less than an hour. They also had a little lounge with coffee and water to wait in while they looked at my car.

Extremely disappointed in this establishment. I came in with my 2014 Jeep compass to get it looked at, they took my car and looked at it for less than 20 minutes.(which the inspection i paid for was suppose to be an hour long) How do I know this ? It's because I went right around the corner and to grab food and came back and waited for a call. When I came back my headlights were left on which they aren't automatic. I was first told that I had to pay $124.99 at dropped off and than I was told $139.00 at pickup. They told me what was wrong and said they would email me a quote for everything, i never received anything. I ended up taking it somewhere else and they found ALOT more problems with my car. I'm now out of $134.99. Thanks Honest auto care.

Friendly professional service, in a peaceful calm environment. Car repairs can be stressful especially when you don't know anything about cars. My questions were answered and service was done in a timely manner. I will trust future repairs to them.
