I was very impressed with the service that I received when I stopped by last week. Also of note was how clean everything was from the comfortable waiting area to the shop itself.

I was most pleased with the recent experience I had at Honest-1. Virgil, CJ, and Chris were all so very helpful in replacing my radiator. Virgil went out of his way to talk to the extended warranty company and he really went to bat for me to get my radiator covered under the extended warranty....even when they were hesitant. Everyone there treated me with respect and truly lived up to the "Honest" name. I never once felt that they were taking advantage of me when I did not fully understand the process. I had full faith in them that they would take good care of me and my car. I have and will continue to sing praises for Honest-1 and refer them to everyone!!

Great experience from the time I walked in the door. Greeted cordially, all I needed was an oil change and state inspection. Mechanic found other issues to be considered in the future, one of which I was told may be under warranty by the mfgr.

Enjoyed my visit. The owner-operator was extremely professional. Felt like I walked into a 'coffee-shop' rather than an auto care center. Amazingly...even has a kids-play-center. Also very polite, committed staff along with being the cleanest auto care center I've ever been to. Easily a 5-star!!
