Hate to be like everyone else but 5.0 is as high of a rating as I can give. Great people, clean facilities, eager to help...even made sure that I used one of their coupon mailers for a discount! Beside all that, they rushed me in and out since they knew I was on a tight schedule.

I was very pleased with my first-time experience with Honest-1 Auto Care. I went in for an oil change. They investigated the warranty on my battery, and gave me some much needed information. Also I learned that there are benefits of being a regular customer there!

What more can be said about a team of true professionals. Outstanding, simply Outstanding. I love these people.

Wonderful, personal service. I'm so happy to have Honest-1 in my neighborhood. I was referred here by a neighbor, and I couldn't be happier. I do believe it's their intent to build long term relationships with their customers by giving the best, honest advice and care.

The staff were all super friendly and helpful, fully explained the problem and fixed it quickly. The front desk introduced themselves and then quickly got me checked in and the car pulled around for repair. The waiting room is really nice too. This is my new go to auto repair shop.

Had my vehicle serviced twice here- the first time a minor emergency fixed at no charge (!) followed by an oil change. The customer lobby is clean, welcoming and filled with magazines, treats/water/coffee and televisions. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Imagine my surprise as I listened to the technician do his best to explain to the customer that his battery tested full power and was fine but the customer insisted on a replacement and was happy to pay for it! I have never been in a garage where the client asks to spend more money! In my case, the service manager went over their work, made some recommendations as what to look out for and what to consider. Love this place, will take my cars here from now on. My highest recommendation!
