The friendliest, cleanest, nicest, and fastest auto-care facility I have ever had the opportunity to use. No appointment was needed. I was treated like a friend. While my car was being serviced, I sat in a comfy chair, drank yummy coffee, checked email using their free wi-fi, and watched television.

This is the best car care experience I have ever had! I was updated every 15 minutes or so on the status of my vehicle. I came in for a 60K mile check. I was afraid they'd hit me for so many periodic maintenance requirements, but they looked at what the dealer recommends yet only did what they determined to be truly needed. I'll be coming back here a lot!

Incredible hospitality, prices,and service. Time management was great. They gave me an estimated time of completion and completed the work two hours earlier and had me on the road head back to Michigan. One of the mechanics (Devin) came out to me on a late Thursday night as my tire rods snapped heading down a street in Charlotte where my son goes to college. My truck was towed to Honest 1 and the morning they were waiting on me when I arrived to the shop. No worries. Honestly, it did seem too real for the atmosphere they provided. Make this your first choice and tell them I sent you.

Honest 1 has the most courteous & respectful employees who know their stuff and fully explain the services they perform on your vehicle. They do their job promptly and if you chose to wait while the work is completed, you wait in a comfortable, sun filled room with a TV, wifi and coffee.
