Being a new customer, I was very objective in my first visit. Honest-1 was recommended by a friend and my experience was everything she said it would be. I was in between routine services, but I needed a NC auto inspection for reregistration. CJ gave me a very welcoming reception, waited in a comfortable waiting area, offered a beverage and an explanation of about how long it would take. FIVE STARS all around! I will be back with whatever auto need I may have in the future!

Excellent service. After determining one of my tires could not be repaired Honest-1 called Tire Rack and established my claim. Their actions were instrumental in obtaining a significant reimbursement and were above and beyond my expectations.

Love Honest 1 personal care the staff is very respectful and helpful. They explain everything in great detail. They just don't fix your car they really care about your vehicle and will not take advantage of people like other auto shops do
