This place is the best shop in Charlotte. Not only were they HONEST (hint, hint) about everything I needed done, they were actually CHEAPER than two other estimates I got. Since the wait was going to be long, I decided to go to the movies conveniently located right up the road. It was raining so they offered to DRIVE me to the theatre. I have never had such good customer service. I reccemond Honest 1 to everyone! They are the BEST.

Everyone was very helpful and courteous. All work was performed as requested and I was notified as soon as the car was ready for pick up. My car went in for a state inspection and Air conditioning test since it just blowing hot air. When I picked the car up the only charge was $30.00 for the inspection. There was no charge for the AC test. I’m very pleased with the service and would recommend this shop to anyone.

This is my second time using Honest 1. I like it that they don't push you into getting a service. They check out your car and tell you things that may need to be looked at in the future, and how long you can wait to get it fixed.
