My family and I were there the day they opened, I have to say, it is without a doubt the best service too take your car! The atmosphere is wonderful, while you wait there is free coffee and sodas, and snacks, full cable. They look over your car and before they do anything, they go over all the details and give you the best rate possible. I just love the owners. I wouldn't trust anyone else with my car......

Everyone was very nice, the place is nice and comfortable. I came there after getting some of your mailers and want to support local business just getting started. Two issues: 1. the amount of time to get the oil changed was to long. I was hoping to be able to make honest 1 my car care center. But like everyone i am busy. Valvoline 2 doors down gets me out in 30 max, typically 20. 2. my coolant was not topped off. I assumed (maybe my fault) all fluids would be checked and filled.

I took my car in for an oil change. I was welcomed as I opened the door and I was impressed with the clean, comfortable waiting area. My car was ready when they said it would be. The treat on my steering wheel when I left made me smile. I'll return next time I need any work on my car - thanks!

I had an great experience using Honest-1 Auto Care, I told them what was wrong they did an complete diagnostic of the car and gave me what was most important and had my car back to me in hours. This was by far one of the best experiences that I have had with an automotive repair company in my 35 years of driving and maintaining my vehicles. From the time that you walk into the front door you will notice that you are not in a typical repair shop. The decor is very appealing, clean and fresh, the staff is very friendly, the mechanics are very knowledgeable and the pricing is extremely reasonable. Everything was explained to me in detail before and after my work was completed including the warranty on all work they did. I had four new tires put on, an alignment, rear brakes including rotors, an oil change and transmission flush done on my vehicle. I am very comfortable that the work that they performed was done was done correctly and with the utmost care. I am very comfortable recommending this company and will bring both mine and my wife's vehicles here for any future needs. Lastly, I experienced the gentlemen at the front desk explaining a service in detail to a lady whom I did not know and walked out of there having NO Problem whatsoever sending my wife up there to have something done without worrying about her being taken advantage of.
