I took both my cars here for oil changes. They were very open about everything going on with each and informed me of things I needed fixed. I had been suspicious of something wrong with my chassis system for a while but have never been able to locate. They found it while performing there overall inspection and told me specifically what was wrong and made sure I understood the issue, whether I used them or not. I know some things about cars and was able to talk to the mechanic working on my car and ask him questions. He was very kind and articulate and explained a lot and mentioned many times that they want to be "honest and not hide anything from our clients." Highly recommend. Only complaint: not too timely. 1.5 hours for an oil change...

Brake repair took a few days, but the brakes were repaired. The technician was very professional. I was told that A/C would would be done and then was told that it couldn't. I found someone else to do the A/C work.

Absolutely meets the expectations of their name! Greg and his staff were professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and provided excellent service! There was no pressure, no "up-selling," and no discomfort with the experience. The venue was very comfortable, clean, and family-friendly.

My first time visiting was 7/11/2016. Making an online appt was very easy. I arrived earlier than expected. The customer service was great and friendly and they took care of me and my car promptly I came in with ac problems and was told what would need to happen every step of the way. Although I had to wait 3 hours based on the service needed, the owner offered to let me use his car to get lunch. I never heard of any auto shop doing this before. But I declined. I shared my experience with everyone I knew and expressed how happy I was with the service. I even got a warranty at no extra charge. Trust!!! I will be going back for services in the future if I every need them again..

I appreciate your straight forward approach. I am impressed by the friendliness of you and your staff. I am thankful for transportation provided by you so I didn't have to wait while my SUV was repaired and the fact you picked me up when my vehicle was ready. Thank you.
