I will certainly continue to use Honest-1 to service both of our cars. They are very personable and a relief from the high pressure tactics of major auto dealers.

Fantastic facility, much more than I expected. Clean, comfortable and great place to wait. Staff was extremely professional and courteous. I was waiting to hear that I needed coolant, etc...which I usually hear at the quick oil change shops. Not here. They said all was good. I didn't feel like I should 'keep my guard up' to fend off unnecessary services and fees. I will be back.

This was my third visit to Honest-1. I was greeted the moment I walked in the door. The customer service is excellent. The atmosphere is very welcoming and comfortable. My car was serviced quickly. I love the Oreo cookies with the thank you note. My daughter brought her car and had the same experience. I will return for future car care. I will also recommend family, friends, and coworkers.

Had a 4 wheel brake service along with a brake fluid flush. The work was finished exactly at the time promised (appreciated since I waited on site). The next day I noted a slight sponginess in the brakes and returned for an evaluation. Despite being very busy, Honest-1 thoroughly checked the brakes and bled them again (small amount of air in the system). This solved the problem and showed me that they not only stand behind their work but, do it in a timely and professional manner.
