When it comes to Auto shops I think reviews are important to look at because unfortunately there’s still shops out there that don’t understand the value behind delivering a truly exceptional experience for their customers. I read the reviews here and thought “okay they seem decent”. I can tell you this; Poor customer service... that’s not the case here! 👍🏼 I couldn’t be more impressed with their professionalism and knowledge. CJ was the man I talked with before my car went in and he was absolutely outstanding! Thanks to all the guys that got my pride and joy back on the road!

This place is unlike any other auto shop. Extremely clean, welcoming and comfortable environment staffed with helpful, honest, and kind men who are ready to get you on your way at an affordable cost. Don't go anywhere else. This is the place you prayed for when you moved to Charlotte and needed a mechanic!
The sales people were very kind but they did not solve my car problem. The repairs that they proposed did not work and would have been very costly if they had completed the work It was an honest mistake on the repairs report because the engine light problems are very complicated and that was what their computer reading and other auto shops. But this didn't fix my car.

I've always had a very good experience when bringing my car in for servicing. They do not recommend work on your car that is not needed, but will advise you of any upcoming servicing recommendations. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
