Once Again, Consistent Excellent Service From These Guys This is my 4th visit and my 3rd vehicle that I have taken to them for work and as with my other visits, I could not be any more pleased with this shop. It is a super comfortable and clean shop even out in the bay area where they conduct their work which to me says a lot for their mechanics and the pride that they put into their work. But most importantly, every time that I talk with their staff I feel that everything is explained to me upfront, honestly and at a level that I can understand. I definitely recommend this shop. A+++

I was very frustrated with the old clonker. I've managed to coax it to the shop where i met the owner of the service center. He was super helpful and in my opinion made me feel very comfortable and at ease after dealing with that piece of headache. The staff was cool too. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a good auto care service.

Very pleased with the service here. I came in for a standard oil change and inspection. Great waiting area with refreshments and the service took less time than I expected. I was helped and spoken with with respect and familiarity. I have found my new auto shop. They also left a pack of Oreos on the dash for when I got back in my car! It's the little things.

Appointment was just a few minutes late but work on alignment was done in a quick professional manner. Staff was courteous. Reasonable rates.

I was very pleased with the level of professional customer service I had during my car experience. When I called Honest 1 after my car wouldn't start the night before, I spoke to Greg who patiently and kindly asked me some questions in order to get a better understanding of the problem. Greg then stated that they would run some tests in order to get to the root of the problem. My car was towed there, and before they worked on it, CJ called me back each time and patiently walked me through the problem, then suggested action steps to get it fixed. My car was fixed same day... It needed a new battery and a new starter. Not the best news, but it had to get done! They are truly dependable and honest! I will definitely go back there with any more car maintanence needs. Great job!
