Brought my F-150 in for new front brakes and Greg and crew couldn't have been better. They told me what needed to be done and what my options were. Can't ask for anything more than that. I'll continue to get my vehicle serviced here. Also, they replaced my rotors, pads, etc, and I was in and out in less than an hour.

Everyone at Honest-1 was amazing!! As a single woman, finding reliable trustworthy help for all my car needs is hard to come by. Had my car inspected today and as usual everything was smooth as silk. I was greeted by Greg and the young lady at the desk greeted me and took my request. In a very short time the inspection was completed and I was on my way. Great ownership team and very good service. Facility is extremely clean and they furnish free beverages. This is my third visit and they are now the shop I will use.

I was very satisfied with Gregg's level of knowledge and interpersonal skills when dealing with me on the need for a brake job on my very used Honda Pilot. He pointed out what would probably be needed but said they would call me if it would be different than discussed once they took the wheels off. I did get a call to let me know two of the rotors were beyond limits for resurfacing nd new ones would be required, which I quickly approved. I got a call back a short while later to let me know the work was complete. The car stops as good as the first thousand miles even though it now has over 216,000 miles on it.

Have been so glad to come across Honest 1 Auto Care. I have been wanting an auto service place that makes females feel comfortable for a long time. The service I've experienced has been great & CJ makes the customer service top notch, so I recommend it to my friends. Inside is a clean & wonderful place to relax, providing great amenities, unlike any other place. The final special touch is the little package of cookies left on the dash after your service. Just super. Keep it up please!
